it had great location, next to the post office, forest and lake chuzenji and the waterfalls. local fast food option sparky's grill was 5 minutes walk away.

This hotel is ideally situated near the stunning Kegon waterfall, surrounded by beautiful mountains and Lake Chuzenji, and the staff here are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel with decent sized rooms, in a magnificent area, back to Chuzenji onsen area. The rooms with a Japanese decor. Lots of superb food at breakfast time. Good and unbeatable location, steps away from Nishi Rokuban Garden, appreciated this place. Relaxing experience there.

The venue met standard and I strongly recommend it. The location was favorable, being very close to Nikko National Park, public transport, and the forest. The room was reasonably spacious with a pleasant view over the lake at Nikko National Park. The staff were accommodating and courteous.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. With its beautiful view of the surrounding forest and its convenient location right across from a walking trail beside the lake, it's the perfect base for a day trip to the lake side or waterfalls. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are all provided. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and satisfying.

The staff were amazingly nice and the views over the lake at Nikko National Park were particularly nice. The location is particularly good, being only 1 mile from Kegon Falls and near the lakeside with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

Great location, fine lake view, spacious and clean tatami room, provided amenities and refreshments, easily accessible by bus, close to Kegon waterfall.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and the ability to walk into town for food. The onsen provided a wonderful experience, especially after a long day of hiking. The room was clean and spacious, and the Yukata provided added a nice touch. The staff at the hotel were helpful and kind, especially when I needed assistance with paying for a taxi.

The breakfast was tasty and the room had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect to enjoy a relaxing stay surrounded by nature.
The onsen water was too hot for my liking and there was no temperature control. , I was disappointed that they did not offer any christmas activities or decorations during my stay.
